THAI CONTACT CENTER

THAI has introduced an innovation of reservation services through “THAI Contact Center”. Simply call THAI Contact Center at +66-2-3561111, all customers will be provided with the services that cover all 5 touch points which are (1) reservation, (2) ticketing, (3) Euang Luang tour, (4) Royal Orchid Plus, and (5) interactive voice response system.

Through integration of sophisticated technology e.g. voice recording, personalized customer recording, computer telephony integration (CTI), interactive voice response (IVR), automatic call distributor (ACD), and knowledge based & reference tool (KBRT), our customer service will be closely monitored and the incoming call will be properly handled by different groups of skillful staff. In addition, all of the extra requests and complaints will be recorded and solved more appropriately.

Through the new technology of THAI Contact Center, each customer’s record consisting of his/her call activities and associated special service requests will be created and stored in the customer database that can be accessed by concerned functions within THAI Contact Center. Thus all the customers’ needs will be recognized and solved more properly.

The computer telephony integration (CTI) enables reservation agents to recognize the customer whose profile will be displayed on screen. Meanwhile, the interactive voice response (IVR) will lessen the calls by providing routine and repetitive information such as domestic timetable, ROP mileage accrual program. Etc. The automatic call distributor (ACD) will help routing the call to appropriate group of reservation agents who will better serve the customers’ needs. Lastly, knowledge based & reference tool (KBRT) will enhance reservation agents’ productivity by providing quick access to valid knowledge based database in order to provide valid information to the customers.
