Fred Poe founded Poe Travel Service in 1961 with innovative travel planning as its signature. With a 25-strong staff led by Ellison Poe, and CEO Margaret Kemp, Poe Travel boasts corporate and leisure clients from all 50 states and around the world.

Over the years Poe Travel has cultivated a tremendous global network of colleagues and friends - an asset which opens doors simply not available to those less established. For instance: We were the first agency in the United States to operate groups to the People's Republic of China after normalization of relations. More recently, our clients have attended a private piano concert in Bartok's apartment in Budapest, been received by the Thai Royal Family, dined with the Maharaja of Jaipur, and toured the Renoir museum with the great master's grandson as host.
