McGee Creek State Park is THE place to stay while you fish in one of Oklahoma's best trophy lakes. Whether you stay in one of our lake huts, bring the RV, or tent, you'll enjoy the beautiful scenery and the recreational opportunities at this southeastern Oklahoma gem.

Located in southeast Oklahoma, McGee Creek State Park and Natural Scenic Recreation Area occupy the southwest edge of the Ouachita Mountain Range. McGee Creek Lake is well stocked with largemouth bass, all varieties of catfish, crappie, smallmouth bass, and perch. Hunters will enjoy McGee Creek Wildlife Management Area, and the Natural Scenic Recreation Area offers hiking, mountain biking and equestrian trails. McGee Creek State Park has two main recreational areas, boat ramps, comfort stations with showers, fishing pier, swimming beach, picnic sites and playground. Campers may choose from 8 lake huts, 41 paved and regular RV campsites with electric hookups, or a primitive campsite in wilderness areas. View Park Map View Park Map.
