The 7 Offshore Lighthouses -- Long Beach Bar, Orient Point, Plumb Island, Little Gull, Race Rock, North Dumpling and Latimer Reef -- along with Horton Point Lighthouse, comprise the 8 Lighthouses of Southold Town. Of the 8 lighthouses, 7 are in operation as Aids to Navigation except for the endangered Plum Island Lighthouse.
