Breezy Point Beach and Campground
From I-495 (Capitol Beltway) take Exit 11A, Route 4 South/East. Take MD Route 260, Chesapeake Beach Road approximately 9 miles to Chesapeake Beach. Turn right on MD 261, proceed 5 miles and turn left at green road sign "Breezy Point" onto Breezy Point Road. Then 1 mile to "Breezy Point Beach & Campground".

It's the perfect getaway and you don't even need to leave Calvert County!

Breezy Point Beach & Campground was acquired by the Calvert County Commissioners in January 1995. County ownership guarantees future generations will always have a place to enjoy the riches of the beautiful Chesapeake Bay.
***NO PETS ALLOWED ON BEACH OR IN THE CAMPGROUND***

Breezy Point Beach offers:

* a playground for the children
* a 1/2 mile of sandy beach
* bath houses
* a 300 foot fishing & crabbing pier

There's something for everyone at Breezy Point Beach and Campground.

Come and spend a relaxing day on one of the areas finest public beaches. Enjoy 1/2 mile of sandy beach surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay. Relax in the sun or swim in our netted swimming area.

Children will enjoy building sand castles, playing on our playground or searching for sharks teeth.

Pack a picnic lunch or use one of the grills in our picnic area. Picnic tables are provided.

For fishing and crabbing enthusiasts, we have a 300 foot pier for your pleasure.

Our campground offers seasonal, monthly, and daily camping. For our daily camping, we can accommodate tents, pop-ups, RV's or trailers.

Group Picnics

Breezy Point is a great place to have your company, church or family picnic.

Availability: May 1st to October 31st from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Holiday weekends excluded)

Reserved Area: Two designated areas are available for reservations.
